What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, email, phone number, country and the details of the trip you are asking about. We record your agreement to this notice and, separately, whether you want marketing emails.

Why we collect it

We use it to reply to your request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, make your bookings. We share details with hotels, airlines and transport providers only as needed to do that.

How long we keep it

We remove personal details from completed and lost requests after a set period. TODO_CLIENT: confirm the retention period and give the privacy contact.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. TODO_CLIENT: add how to make a request.
